Yeah, this is a lighthearted jab at descriptions you see like "..." and "..." and "[link]" and "i dunt hav nething to say" and "..."... and it sort of puts me on the spot to write a decent description. :P Or wait, the best description for this would be:

Heh, agreed. What I've seen occasionally is that since art can be interpreted so many ways, an artist will say, "No need for explanation, the insecure and weak-minded shouldn't even be looking at my highfalutin work of genius"... and when someone says "Oh amazing, you've really spoken to and caressed the very essence of humanity's strifes and struggles in third world countries," the artist will say "Uhhhhhh yeah, that's exactly what I was trying to do. ;)"

Just a vague overgeneralization that most likely has an innumerable amount of exceptions, but I'm just kindly jesting at that mentality. We all love fun and games. :D

I always have a shitload to write about my work. xD Usually something random, but I mean.. I RARELY have nothing to say about a picture. I think I did once, but it was something personal enough that I had nothing I wanted anyone to know about it.

But seriously, I HATE it when people do that. It's like wtf man, at least tell us SOMETHING.

Oh yeah, really helpful. xD Plus, when I see an artist that ALWAYS does that, it makes me sort of dislike them. Really, do you want to try to talk to someone who can't even say a word about their art?

I agree, especially when it's on really good artwork, it makes me feel like the artist doesn't even care for their own art, or just doesn't like it. Not to mention how it doesn't make me want to comment at all.
